yoursource is seeking a Senior Blockchain Developer experienced in Rust and Python to work on a blockchain inscription project for our client. Expertise in full-stack software engineering with a focus on MERN or MEAN stacks and similar popular technology for B2B SaaS is a significant advantage for future projects. Job Requirements:
* First-round candidates must complete a baseline skills assessment and code test
* Reliable internet connection and computer
* Minimum 4+ years of experience as a software engineer/blockchain developer
* Timezone: This client is based in Australia, so you must be able to align with their timezone. For future projects, you should be flexible enough to accommodate a 4-hour overlap with USA time zones. This may require working until 2 am in the Philippines, but rest assured, you will never be expected to work a full graveyard shift.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
* English proficiency in writing and speaking
* Must Have: Proven professional experience with Rust, Python
* Preferred: Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, , , HTML5, CSS, NoSQL/MySQL, AWS, GCP, RESTful API, and third-party integrations
* Preferred: Experience with cloud-based multi-tenant B2B SaaS web application development, microservices, and serverless architecture models
* Ability to work within a strategic planning framework, facilitate business and functional requirements elicitation, and provide estimations
* Ability to work independently and develop clean, maintainable, and quality code
* Write test cases and perform unit and functional testing
* Familiarity with CI/CD
* Experience with agile development and methodologies
* Conduct comprehensive code and system architecture analysis, and provide strategic recommendations for scalability, performance, reliability, maintainability, and quality
* Produce and maintain in-code and supporting code documentation, diagrams, README files, etc.
