Job Description

As an Article Writer/Updater at our company, you will be at the forefront of our content generation and refreshment process. Your role will involve quickly assimilating our methods for drafting content based on keyword research and competitive SERP analysis, utilizing AI tools to streamline the process. You’ll become adept at working within WordPress, laying out articles, generating images, and crafting compelling meta descriptions. Training will be provided to ensure you are well-versed in our procedures, with ongoing feedback to hone your skills. This role will initially focus on creating new articles, with opportunities to progress to updating existing content as part of your development. We are searching for a long-term team member who we can rely on and trust to grow with our company.

Job Description: Article Updater/Writer

Responsibilities:
– Quickly learn and apply our process for content creation and updating (given videos, training, and feedback from our content manager).
– Draft and lay out articles in WordPress, including image generation and meta description writing (based on quick and easy processes we will teach you).
– Conduct keyword research and competitive SERP analysis using AI tools (based on quick and easy strategies we will teach you).
– Eventually – Update articles based on a specified hit-list of changes.
– Collaborate closely with the team for training and feedback early on, but then working mostly autonomously when you are fully trained.

Skills and Qualifications We’d Hope For:
– Quick learner with the ability to understand and implement new processes.
– Familiarity with WordPress and basic understanding of SEO principles.
– Strong analytical skills to review competition and draft content based on keywords.
– Capability to work with AI tools for content generation.
– Excellent communication skills and willingness to engage in several rounds of feedback.
