Job Description

This job is for a full-time VA to manage the Shopify blog of our stationery & gift ecommerce brand.
Our blog focuses on women’s parties, holidays, gifting, and etiquette.

40 posts per week will be formatted and prepared for publication.
All articles are already written & edited, and images have been created. You will not need to write articles.
You will be preparing them for publication by adding links and creating the drafts in Shopify blog.

Pay: $3.50 per article. Expected 40 articles per week. Total $140 per week ($560 per month salary)
We will not track your time as long as you get 40 articles done per week. You can work whenever you want.

For this job, you will get articles ready to publish.
You will:
– choose & insert internal links
– choose & insert Amazon affiliate product links
– insert pre-made images
– fact check
– check for formatting errors
– check spelling / grammar

You’ll create new posts inside our Shopify blog and edit the title, excerpt, metadata, tags, and insert images.
Then, you’ll add the premade images, internal links, affiliate links, and save as Draft when complete.
We will provide details SOPs.

After a few weeks, we will add Pinterest & social media posting to the job duties, and there will be a raise in salary at that time.

Experience with SEO and internal linking is REQUIRED.
Experience with Amazon Affiliate links is REQUIRED.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are REQUIRED.
Experience working with blogs is REQUIRED.
Experience working in the wedding, event, or gift industry is a PLUS

We use the following software:
– Clickup to manage tasks (we’ll provide videos if you need training)
– Slack for communication
– Google Docs for articles
– Shopify for Blog
– Amazon Associates for affiliate products
