Role Description:

Hi, we need someone who is capable of organizing projects and optimizing the entire blog process across projects. We run multiple blogs and have a few writers for each that need to be managed and cleaned up. You will take part in things like hirings others, writing detailed SOPs, training documents, and more. You will be the middleman between employees and myself.

This role requires 5-6 hours/day of daily work, Monday- Friday and will require the first few weeks of work to take place in New York Time Zone (9 am-5 pm EST). You will not work weekends. After initial things are figured out, you will transition into working PH time.

We Need:

– Someone self-starting, driven, and willing to lead many operations
– Willingness to hop on voice calls for communication and updates a couple of times a week

Basic Work Requirements:
– Must have a functional computer and stable internet connection
– Our blogs are in the tech, law, and sports sectors. They all have separate intents, processes, and goals, but are heavily focused on achieving the same result, just through different means (growing SEO, brand, and social)
– Willingness to quickly learn
– Work well with US and Philippine-based team members and not afraid to be firm with team members on necessary assets to keep projects on track
– Not afraid to ask questions for clarification/help
– Mention Justin before you submit at the bottom

Role Requirements:
– Develop processes and documentation – Create SOPs, guides, hiring docs, videos for streamlining and training
– Manage content strategy and planning – maintain calendar, assign writing
– Manage team and hiring – Supervise writers, facilitate communication, hire new employees as needed
– Streamline operations (bulk of work) – Organize tasks/assets, coordinate publishing, optimize workflows

Necessarily Programs:
Proficiency in or willingness to immediately learn
– Notion (organization, project management, writing)
– AI: Claude, ChatGPT
– Communication: Slack, Loom
– Analytics/SEO: Google Analytics/Search Console, Ahrefs, Hotjar
– Reporting: Google Slides
