Job Description

We are a South-East London based family business who deals in both the Commercial and Residential Interior Design sectors. Within the property department, we primarily deal in Residential Developments and Conversions, residential Construction. We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team. The qualified person will build and maintain our family business audiences and execute content across different social media channels. (facebook, instagram, website blogs, tiktok and newsletters…)

Day to day duties will involve the following:
– produce engaging social media content to inspire and entertain our community of current and future clients. This will include engagement post, product launches, case studies and promotional content
– grow the community in the form of new members / followers, monthly active members, interactions and comments
– engage and share the official hashtags of the company brands with the community through local social media platforms (Facebook, instagram, twitter, TikTok, YouTube …)
– perform daily admin tasks to ensure the good functioning of our brands
– create monthly insight reports and keep track of key performance indicators to analyse content performance across our brands
– build and create social media strategies by understanding different needs and cultures across our local communities

Qualifications:
– bachelors degree in marketing, business administration or similar
– masters degree in a relevant field will be advantageous
– with at least two years experience as a marketing / social media manager
– extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels and branding
– superb leadership, communication and collaboration abilities
– strong time management and organisational abilities
– with strong verbal and written communication skills in English
