WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Writers are key to bringing big ideas to life. They are internet savants, storytellers, scientists, and conduits for all things trending. While they are creatively inspired by their surroundings, they must also have a unique ability to understand that video virality is purposeful.
Our ideal candidate for this role will have a duality to their personality. They will be limitless in idea generation and also need to be able to work within our proven video formats. This position will have a huge learning curve, it is one of the hardest roles to fulfill at our company.
If the candidate wants to exceed our expectations, they will study our data analytics for retention. Ultimately learning what makes a good video will help our creative team develop even more successful formats to debut on the main channel.

We are looking only for another driven member to join our small but elite Filipino-based team who is scaling our YouTube channel.
Currently, we have 3 full-time editors and are looking to add another member to our team.
We have worked with some of our team members for years so if you are the right fit this can be a LONG term position.
We need someone who is motivated, committed, and has the skills to be a versatile video editor.

Starting pay depends on experience.

HOURS
Normal working days are Monday – Friday, this is a full-time job.
If you’re looking for something temporary or just filling time between gigs, this position is not suitable for you.
You must be able to manage your time vs quality vs expectations.

REQUIREMENTS
Good English speaking and writing skills are necessary.
You need a strong and reliable internet connection.
A fast computer is required.
Must be tech-savvy

RESPONSIBILITIES
Research trending videos (within the business/finance niche) & generate video ideas (relevant to the current trend)
Research trending or interesting business/finance content for our channel to cover
Create outlines of videos for CEO to produce
Script out videos for teleprompter use
Schedule video ideas for the months ahead (producing 2 videos per week)
Confirm video ideas with the CEO
Refer to the company vision board for topics/idea buckets
Find & manage sponsorships/affiliates for videos
Help plan and prepare YouTube channel videos to meet company business objectives
