Job Description

I am looking for a rock star virtual assistant. This job will include a variety of tasks, almost all of which will have written instructions and/or a video tutorial for you.

The ideal candidate will either have experience in the following or be willing to learn how to use the following programs:
-WordPress
-Airtable
-Canva or Photoshop
-Knowledge of SEO (will train)
-and be well organized with great attention to detail.

Some things I have in mind for you to do in the immediate future include:
-Post blog posts to our WordPress website (I’ll show you how to do this, too)
-Create multiple graphics and Pinterest pins in Canva or Photoshop for each blog post or product listing (I have templates)
-Edit blog posts for grammar
-Add affiliate links to blog posts
-Write social posts and schedule them

Some other potential tasks I have in mind for the future that will include training:
-Write descriptions for Pinterest pins
-Update old posts
-Write product descriptions for the e-commerce shop
-Create Google Web Stories
-And other duties as they arise

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
-Excellent English Speaking / Writing Skills
-Stable Internet Connection
-Working Computer with at least 4GB RAM
-Excellent Organizational Skills
-Motivated Self-Starter – you should be able to complete projects/assignments by the assigned deadline (or communicate if there are any obstacles), and begin the next task without needing constant reminders.
-Must sign a Non-disclosure contract
