Rely on us to deliver comprehensive, step-by-step processes complemented by video tutorials to ensure your success in this position.
Main Responsibilities:
Daily Account Creation and Management: Execute the daily creation and management of Boo accounts for our marketing campaigns with precision and meticulous attention to detail.
Data-Driven Approach: Maintain an exacting trial and error log to monitor and analyze account performance, enabling data-driven decisions that optimize our strategies.
Issue Resolution: Investigate and pinpoint the causes of account bans to enhance account stability and performance, showcasing your adept problem-solving skills.
Collaborative Innovation: Proactively collaborate with the team to continually evolve and enhance our marketing strategies, fostering a culture of innovation.
Comprehensive Reporting: Submit comprehensive end-of-shift reports detailing your daily activities, underscoring your commitment to transparency and accountability.
Effective Communication: Sustain regular and effective communication with the team via Telegram to ensure seamless coordination, demonstrating your strong communication skills.
Requirements:
High-Speed Internet: Maintain a fast and dependable internet connection to support your daily operations, emphasizing your dedication to efficiency.
Language Proficiency: Exhibit proficiency in upper-intermediate English or higher to facilitate effective communication, reinforcing your professionalism.
Stress Resilience: Display a high degree of stress tolerance, as Boo presents unique marketing challenges, spotlighting your resilience under pressure.
Technical Aptitude: While prior experience is not mandatory, a strong technical understanding of Android devices is advantageous, highlighting your adaptability.
Training Commitment: Completion of 2 hours of training videos and 2 hours of shadowing a coworker is mandatory before starting your first shift (please note that training is unpaid), reflecting your dedication to learning and development.
