Hi!
We’re looking to hire someone part time as a book keeper for a dental clinic.
We’re based in Melbourne, Australia.
BOOK KEEPING EXPERIENCE with XERO IS A MUST.
This position will involve:
– reconciling credit card and bank transactions in Xero
– Collating and reconciling invoices and statements
– Creating a .aba file for bank transfer payments
– monthly reports
– creating dentist invoices (monthly)
– miscellaneous admin duties
This is a part time, long term position.
Hours: 1-2 days per week (7-14hrs /week)
Onboarding period will require more days to understand the book keeping needs of the clinic.

We can teach Skills, but we can’t teach Attitude.

Integrity. You are a good fit if you can be honest with your fellow team members. Open communication and honesty are paramount to myself and the team. If you aren’t able to hit a deadline or made a mistake, by upfront about it, we are all human after all.
Commitment. We’re looking for someone who is looking for a long term relationship with the expectations that this will become full time. If you’re just looking for a few months of work, this is not for you.
Desire to Learn. We are a small team, but growing fast. We want people who are open to learning new skills and taking on new projects. If you’re not excited about improving your skills, then this is not for you.
