We are a US-based property management company looking for a BOOKKEEPER to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping and is expected to possess outstanding administrative skills, excellent communication skills, and superb organizational skills. Who can work independently, take initiative, and work well with minimal supervision.
This is a permanent work from home part time position. CST Time Schedule.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
• Recording financial transactions, creating financial reports, reconciling bank statements, and managing accounts payable and receivable. Other duties may include creating and maintaining budgets, managing payroll, preparing tax documents, insurance and mortgages.
• Accounts data entry and preparation of financial statements
• Handling of month end closing, including journals, AP, AR, GL and financial statements
• Other ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Has minimum 2 years of accounting experience, ideally with experience with Quickbooks
• Real Estate and Property Management experience is a plus
• Excellent organization skills with attention to detail
• Excellent time-management and able to work with deadlines
• Able to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal direction given
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

5. Set weekly meeting to review books with CEO’s
6. Update Asana, and Google Documents and any other systems with details and notes
8. Communicating via phone and Whatts app.
