Job Description

We are an exterior cleaning company with two locations in California. We are dedicated to providing top-notch cleaning services for solar panels and other exterior surfaces. We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us manage our finances and marketing metrics. You would start with about 4 hours per day and eventually move up as you progress to more / full time hours.

Responsibilities:

Financial Tracking and Management:

-Track and record daily revenue and expenses.
-Reconcile accounts in QuickBooks Online.
-Prepare and review financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
-Monitor cash flow and ensure timely recording of payments and expenses.

Marketing KPI Tracking:

-Calculate and track key marketing metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Cost Per Lead (CPL), and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
-Analyze marketing data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies.

Informed Decision-Making:

-Provide data-driven recommendations based on financial and marketing analysis.
-Assist in budgeting and forecasting to support business growth.

Administrative Support:

-Organize and manage financial documents and records.
-Assist in creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for financial tracking.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
-Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online and financial reconciliation.
-Proficient in using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and other financial tracking tools.
-Experience with CRM software, preferably Jobber.
-Familiarity with marketing metrics and analysis.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Bonus Skills:

Experience in the home service industry.
Knowledge of project management tools like Trello or Asana.
