**Position: Virtual Assistant for Children’s Book Publishing**

**Job Overview:**
We are currently seeking a dynamic and creative Virtual Assistant to join our team, focusing specifically on the writing, publishing, and promotion of children’s books across platforms such as KDP (Kindle Direct Publishing) and Ingram Spark. This role is ideal for those with a flair for creativity, a passion for children’s books, and a keen interest in digital marketing and social media promotion. While previous experience is not a requisite, a proactive learning attitude, adaptability, and inventive problem-solving skills are important.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Utilize Canva to design and format children’s books, ensuring they are engaging and visually appealing to our target audience.
– Publish and manage book listings on various platforms including KDP and Ingram Spark.
– Promote published books using digital marketing tools like BookBeam.
– Craft and execute compelling TikTok reels and other video content aimed at promoting our books.
– Develop and maintain web pages dedicated to selling and promoting the children’s books.
– Create and implement effective email marketing sequences to engage with our audience and boost sales.
– Undertake continuous market research to stay updated with trends in children’s literature and digital marketing techniques.
– Collaborate closely with the team to brainstorm and bring to life innovative marketing strategies.

**Qualifications:**
– A creative mindset with a passion for books and children’s activities
– Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies related to book publishing and digital marketing.
– Basic knowledge in design and publishing platforms, such as Canva, is preferred but not mandatory.
– Excellent project management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
– Solid communication and writing skills.
– Ability to work independently and in a team.
– Multilingual capabilities in Spanish, French, German, and/or Italian would be a significant plus.
