Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Booking Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the entertainment industry, possess strong negotiation skills, and have a keen eye for identifying and securing lucrative opportunities for our artists.

Your Responsibilities:
– Proactively reach out to promoters through strategic and personalized email campaigns, and other effective channels.
– Develop promotional materials for artists, including press kits, electronic press kits (EPKs), and other promotional assets.
– Strategically market artists to promoters, emphasizing artist’s unique strengths and attributes.
– Conduct market research to identify potential promoters, venues, and events in the music industry.
– Draft and negotiate contracts that outline terms and conditions, including payment details, performance expectations, and other relevant clauses.
– Maintain open communication with artists, keeping them informed about potential bookings and contract negotiations.
– Gather information on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
– Build and nurture strong relationships with promoters, venues, and industry contacts.
– Managing communications and bookings effectively. Address and resolve any issues that may arise during the booking process or performances.

Who We’re Looking For:
– A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
– Proven experience in sales or booking, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
– Strong negotiation and communication skills.
– Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
– Familiarity with contract law and entertainment industry regulations.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
