We are looking to recruit several experienced and confident Guest / Customer Service Representatives who can work with us PART TIME on the WEEKEND doing MORNING SHIFTS. You must be able to work on UK hours. ?
Hours to be worked: Friday to Saturday
UK Time: 8pm to 4am
Philippine Times : 4am to 12pm
Your role will be focused on:
– Liaising with guests upon check-in and ensuring they have everything for a hassle-free check-in and high customer experience
– Dealing with guest’s enquiries – whether they are looking to enquire about a property or their current booking
– Approve / refuse guests booking on platforms and check their previous reviews
– Keep all diaries up to date for properties so directors can check occupancy levels
– Liaise with guest after check out to see if we can get them to book again
– Diarise and work with cleaners to ensure the property is cleaned ready for the next guest
– Update platforms such as Airbnb and with listing to ensure we remain high in listings
The right candidate MUST have:
– Previous experience working with Airbnb / and other booking platforms
– Strong English both written and verbal, good communication skills are vital
– Be a team player and willing to work longer hours if necessary/cover other staffs work if they are off.
– Must be extremely organised and ability to respond quickly to tasks
– Call centre experience
– Work with Microsoft Teams, Google Sheets and Booking Platforms
– Be confident dealing with customers and ensure they have a positive experience
