Job Description: Are you amazingly natural over the phone, able to connect and bond with a variety of people. Are you bubbly and personable and experienced in sales? Are you commission and customer-service driven in converting our warm leads into booked wedding/family portrait sessions? Do you also have the knack in providing amazing customer service, maintaining great customer relationship and able to handle complaints and turn them into a positive experience?

Location: Australia based company – Sydney AEST (dayshift) – remote VA

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct initial consultations with wedding/family clients to understand their vision and needs.
* Convert inquiries into sales.
* Showcase our portfolio and explain our services to potential clients.
* Guide clients through the booking process and contract agreements.
* Coordinate and schedule studio sessions, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients.
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns.
* Collaborate with the photography/videography team to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.

Qualifications:
* Proven track record of at least 3+ years in sales
* Experience in the personal VIP services industry (preferred but not required)
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Pleasing personality and able to handle client facing role.
* Ability to connect with clients and understand their unique preferences.
* Highly organized with excellent time-management skills.
* Proficient in relevant software/tools (e.g., CRM systems, photo editing software).
* Knowledge of wedding/family trends and industry best practices.

Work Hours: 36 hours per week (Schedule can be 10-6/7 pm Tuesday- Fri and half day SAT)
