Job Description

Talk Consent is at the forefront of delivering consent education to schools to tackle sexual violence in the UK.
We provide education in the form of workshops and assemblies to schools for students aged 9 to 18.
In two years, we have been booked by over 300 schools across the UK: delivering impactful education to over 100,000 students.
We are continuing to grow and are looking for people to join us on our exciting journey to becoming the UK’s trusted partner for consent education.
Within two more years we want to be delivering to schools across the whole of the UK, with long-term ambitions of reaching over 1,000 schools per year.
The Role:
Given the growth of Talk Consent, there are many schools that we need to organise sessions with (currently 10 to 15 per week).
The role of the bookings manager will cover three areas:
Customer Acquisition
• Promptly get in touch with school contacts who have shown interest to complete a booking.
• Follow up with school contacts weekly to convert leads into customers.
• Answer potential customers’ questions about booking, ensuring they have the information they need to make a booking.
Booking Organisation
Once a school has booked ensure both the school and Talk Consent have all the information they need to complete a booking.
• For Talk Consent this includes dates, times, booking details, address.
• For the school, this includes who will deliver the booking, answering any questions they have about the content and how we will connect our slides to the screen.
Data Management
• Provide excel reports of bookings when they are complete, including date of lead generation, date of booking, total cost, type of booking etc.
• Ensure deals/bookings are tracked clearly in Hubspot CRM.
Applicant Requirements:
Any applicant must be able to prove they possess the necessary skills to deliver in this role including:
• Excellent communication skills.
• English language fluency.
• Superb organisation.
• High attention to detail.
We are also looking for people who can demonstrate that they have experience with:
• Customer service roles.
• The use of Hubspot or similar CRMs.
Job Details:
Part time: Roughly 16 hours per week.
Applicant must operate at certain times when schoolteachers are working.
Generally, we are looking for someone to be available to email contacts from 08:30 – 10:30 GMT and 15:00 – 17:00 GMT, four days a week.
Location is remote.
