Are you very organised and able to multitask? Are you looking to learn and grow? We are looking for a Bookings wiz to join our team.

The successful candidate will join the team as a long-term assistant with growth and leadership possibilities as we continue to scale.

This position will require a resourceful, well-rounded individual with a good, reliable internet connection and a private location for answering calls and messages.

This position will involve doing various tasks, and training will be provided. Great attitude and work ethic are #1. Efficiency is required. We are focused on our outcomes and must be able to manage our time well. We are located in AEST — Australian Eastern Standard time zone. You will start work 9 am AEST Monday to Friday.

Position Summary
The Bookings/Finance Assistant will focus on customer communication, bookings, administration, marketing campaigns, and invoicing.

Key Accountabilities

The Virtual Assistant will:
:: control and oversee all customer bookings sessions and classes, increasing numbers weekly
:: Managing marketing campaigns to fill bookings gaps
:: reconcile all payments
:: report on customer results
:: invoice for sales

Duties include but are not limited to:
:: Managing customer communication both text (SMS message), email and calls
:: Reconcile booking to payment option and process customer payments through our online system
:: Invoicing
:: Book in new customers, ensure all regular customers are booked in follow-up no shows & reschedule
Cancellations
:: Maintain customer databases
:: Check-in customers onto the website and request reviews
:: Customer Email & SMS marketing campaigns

Key Selection Criteria

Must have:
:: A bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance or marketing
:: A passion for hitting customer numbers and results
:: A quiet place at home to answer calls and work ( no looking after kids at the same time at home; focus is needed on the job)
:: Own laptop. Software will be trained. Knowledge of Xero is an advantage
:: Attention to detail, organised, able to multitask, disciplined, fast learner and good communication skills
:: Reliable Internet Connection & MAC/ios
:: Bonus points for a sense of humour, grace under pressure and a love of digital tech
