Are you an experienced bookkeeper with a keen eye for detail and a knack for managing financial records with precision? We are a growing company in need of a skilled individual to manage our financial transactions and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks and Excel/Google Sheets.
Position: Part-time Bookkeeper Location: [Your Company Location/Remote] Hours: Approximately 10 hours per week (flexible schedule) Possibility of Full-time: Potential for transitioning to a full-time role in the future
Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Monitor and manage expense reports.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Proficiently use Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and financial reporting.
• Aid in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
•??????Update cash flow analysis
•??????General Administration
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing financial records.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work part-time (approximately 10 hours per week) with flexibility in the schedule.
• Potential to transition to a full-time role in the future based on performance and business needs
• Experience with GSuite and Wise is a MUST
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certification in QuickBooks or relevant accounting software.
• Familiarity with other accounting software and tools.
