We’re looking for a bookkeeper to join our team, and let me tell you, this is a job that is crucial to the success of our company. As a bookkeeper, you’ll be responsible for managing our financial records, preparing financial reports, invoicing jobs, reconciliations, running payroll, tracking A/R, A/P, and making sure everything is in order come tax time.
Now, I know what you’re thinking – “That sounds like a big job!” And it is! But don’t worry, we’re looking for someone who is up to the challenge. You’ll need to be a great communicator, a skilled problem-solver, and an all-around numbers guru. We are looking for a Quickbook and payroll expert.
We currently have 7 long term employees that we work with in the Philippines. We have a great work culture that embraces you as family even though you may be half a world away.
You must have an appropriate workspace and be able to work nights as the job requires you to be present during business hours in the US.
