ABOUT US

Freedom Investing Group LLC—and its sister company Freedom Community Management LLC (FCM)—is a growing real estate investing business that is destined to have a BIG footprint!
Our mission is to help solve the affordable housing crisis and provide financial freedom for investors by improving Manufactured Home Communities to make them clean, safe, and prosperous. That’s no small task!
We currently have 300 units under management with plans to scale to 1000 units in the next 3 years.
We need a ROCK STAR REMOTE Bookkeeper to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our communities.

ABOUT YOU

Are you a meticulous number-cruncher with a passion for making a difference? The affordable housing crisis demands innovative solutions, and mobile home parks play a significant role in addressing this challenge. If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact while working remotely, we’d love to have you join our team!

You Are Our Ideal Candidate If You…
-Have excellent written and spoken English.
-Are comfortable with having your camera turned on during meetings, as it helps build personal connections.
-Manage your time exceptionally well and thrive in a remote work environment.
-Are incredibly organized, and flexible. You enjoy collaborating with team members on projects.
-Are self-motivated and driven.
-Stay focused on the big picture while paying attention to every detail.
-Are productive and independent, yet value teamwork.

You embody our core values. You keep the P.A.C.E. You are:
-Proactive: You excel when given a goal without specific step-by-step instructions. You aren’t afraid to seek help but brainstorm solutions first. You bring new ideas to the table and aren’t afraid to voice your thoughts.
-Accountable: You follow through on your commitments, take ownership of your tasks, and ensure deadlines are met. You welcome constructive feedback and are committed to continuous improvement.
-Compassionate: You treat others with respect and kindness, recognizing the importance of improving lives within our communities. Your communication skills extend beyond technical proficiency, allowing you to connect positively with team members.
-Ethical: You uphold integrity and honesty in all your actions, even when no one is watching.
If this resonates with you, and if you thrive in a remote work environment, we want to hear from you.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Bookkeeper, you’ll play a vital role in managing billing-related tasks, ensuring financial accuracy, and contributing to our mission of tackling the affordable housing crisis.
