Role Overview
The Bookkeeper will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and comprehensive financial records for the holdings company’s property portfolio. This position is specifically designed for individuals who are available to work during morning hours in the Philippines time zone. The selected candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the financial stability and growth of our client’s property investments.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee financial records and ensure accurate reporting for all transactions related to the property holdings.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, focusing on timely and accurate transaction processing.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including cash flow statements, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets, tailored to the real estate sector.
Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets for property operations and investments.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in financial reporting and property management.
Work closely with the executive team to optimize financial performance and strategic investment decisions.

Requirements
Solid experience in bookkeeping, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in real estate or property management.
Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
Familiarity with financial principles and accounting practices specific to the real estate industry.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work efficiently in the morning hours, Philippines time zone.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently.
