**Job Description:**

We’re currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper and Virtual Assistant with a background in real estate. The ideal candidate will manage and categorize transactions in QuickBooks, process payments, collect relevant tax forms, and liaise with our CPA. You will also coordinate all aspects of our real estate transactions, including liaising with lenders, setting up insurance, updating rent rolls, and organizing various appointments. This is a fully remote position.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Manage and categorize transactions in QuickBooks.
2. Process payments to contractors.
3. Collect and manage relevant tax forms.
4. Relay settlement statements to our CPA.
5. Coordinate various aspects of real estate transactions, including working with lenders, setting up insurance, and updating rent rolls.
6. Send documents to lenders and the title company.
7. Coordinate closings with sellers and appointments as necessary.

**Qualifications:**

1. Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, ideally within a real estate context.
2. Familiarity with QuickBooks and other financial management software.
3. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
4. Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
5. A strong work-ethic and desire to succeed.
