Source Buy Sell is a company which provides businesses with top-offshore procurement, AR, AP and CSR services in Australia.
We are looking for a BOOKEEPER who will be based in their own home office.
Our aim is to form long- term relationships with our customers, suppliers, and staff to ensure that we build trust and ensure a sustainable high-quality of work end-to-end.

MUST HAVEs.
1. Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
2. Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office, particularly MS EXCEL.
3. Ability to multi-task, is flexible and shows eagerness to learn and be trained.
4. Possess the values of importance, respect, diligence, patience, loyalty, honesty, and integrity.
5. His/her own computer or laptop & two screens (monitors)
6. Excellent internet connection.

Essential:
High level of attention to detail to perform work with a high degree of accuracy.
Comprehensive knowledge of MYOB
Comfortable in Excel, Word, Google Sheets
Sound understanding of processing financial transactions
Provide exceptional customer service skills and have a high level of communication
Be able to demonstrate own initiative and problem-solving
Good organisational skills and the ability to effectively prioritise work to meet deadlines
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Desirable:
Previous use of customer relationship management systems – ACT!
Experience in the Education sector
Bookkeeping or accounting degree

Duties / Responsibilities:
Daily Bank Reconciliation in MYOB for PayWay, AfterPay, Direct deposits, PayPal etc.
Basic Accounts Receivable
Basic Accounts Payable
Invoicing post events / sales
Monthly Payroll
Day-to-day assistance in liaison with students, suppliers and employees (overflow from local resource)
Management of Zendesk tickets & Inbox

REMUNERATION and WHAT WE PROVIDE
Work Hours: 8.30am to 5.00pm (Melbourne Australian Time Zone).
Start Salary: 20,000 PESO per month.
Probation (Trial) Period: 3 months
After Probation Salary: 22,000 PESO per month
Annual Increase: 1,000 PESO anniversary date
Holidays: 20 days paid holiday per year.
Sick Leave: 10 days paid sick leave per year.
Bonus: Additional Month Salary each DECEMBER (pro-rata)
Public Holidays: Australian Public Holidays
