Position: Part-Time Bookkeeper
Hours: 20 hours per week

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring our financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with all regulations.

Job Summary:
The Part-Time Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing cash flows, and preparing various financial reports. This role requires proficiency in bookkeeping software (QBO) and spreadsheets, along with strong organizational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using spreadsheets and QuickBooks Online (QBO).
* Record all financial transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.

Managing Cash Flows:
* Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available for operational needs.
* Prepare and analyze cash flow statements.

Reporting:
* Cash Flow Reports: Create and update regular cash flow reports to track the inflow and outflow of funds.
* Monthly Invoicing: Prepare and issue invoices to clients on a monthly basis.
* Ad Spend Reports: Compile a detailed report of all expenses incurred for advertisements.
* Quarterly Ad Spend: Generate a quarterly summary report detailing ad spend.
* Personal Card Expenses: Create a report for all business expenses paid using personal credit cards.
* Weekly Credit Card Expenses: Generate a weekly report summarizing expenses charged to each business credit card.
* Quarterly Average Operation Cost: Produce a quarterly report analyzing the average operational costs.
* Monthly Business Plan Report: Develop a comprehensive monthly business plan report derived from payroll reports, marketing expenditures, and the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
* Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Microsoft Excel.
* Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
* Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
