Bookkeeper

Our Company:

We own several companies and are in the process of developing a couple more.

1. SEO For Real Estate Investors is our organic marketing company where we are
focused on helping our clients, other real estate investors like ourselves, generate
highly motivated seller leads, organically.

2. Roman & Noorden is our investment company. This company strictly works out of 1
state. We purchase, renovate and transform properties into Airbnb or rentals. Right
now we currently have 11 properties and expanding quickly.

3. Noorden Estates will be transformed into an LLC for our Wholesaling department
where when we do not want to keep the property for ourselves, we can sell the
contract to another investor. In this company, we are focusing on structuring and
creating processes to get it going.

4. Power House Buyers will be our nationwide investment company where we will work
with other investors to wholesale properties or renovate and sell. This company has
not launched yet but we have goals to get it going in the next 2-3 months.

5. Grumpy Hare Marketing is our company that provides marketing services for
Facebook ads and will, in the near future, expand to other social media platforms for
paid ads.

6. Grumpy Hare is a Hosting company that will host websites. This company is
expected to launch in 1 month’s time.

7. REI link is a platform that we are creating for investors to be able to connect and do
deals together. This company is expected to launch within the year.

8. Goofy Productions LLC. is our production company for ourselves. Me, Jess 🙂 and
my partner in life and business, Jerryll. We have started to film all of our renovations
and film our travels for our YouTube channel and social media presence.

Job Position:

We are looking for a female kick-ass bookkeeper!! Actually, two kick-ass bookkeepers that can
work in conjunction with each other within all of our companies.

Job Overview:

As you can see above looking at the companies we have created and are currently creating,
there is a lot of money flowing between them. Some of our companies support others while
they are growing. We are trying very hard to become organized and have built an incredible
team to help us get to where we are, but one of the tasks we are trying to get better with are
submitting receipts to our bookkeeper. I have been told we are a bookkeeper’s worst
nightmare. We need someone who is skilled, detail-oriented and flexible in working with us
as we continue to place in processes and become more structured.

Below are some of the responsibilities a Bookkeeper is expected to assume:

Qualifications:
Female
5 – 10+ years of experience in virtual Bookkeeping and Accounting
Has experience handling LLCs and S-Corp accounting
Exhibit excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask
Ability to work at least 4 hours each day, 5 days per week Eastern Time Zone
A positive attitude
Experience and willingness to work in a team environment
Excellent organization skills
Knowledge in QuickBooks
Documenting transaction details
Putting together financial reports
Fact-checking accounting data
Notify senior staff of any accounting errors
Recording financial transactions
Tracking payroll data
