Bookkeeper/Accountant

We’re looking for an expert in bookkeeping/accounting for U.S.-based import company.
Our company is looking for an accounting expert with proven skills and relevant experiences. An outstanding candidate will be someone who knows how to use Akaunting Online Software, has meticulous attention to detail, and is efficient in completing deliverables in a timely manner.
Qualifications/Skills:
–Must be self-reliant, can work with minimal supervision
–Deliver high quality, easy-to-understand accounting reports
–Able to accurately input data
–Must be able to clearly communicate in English
–Has end-to-end knowledge and expertise in U.S. Accounting and Financial Reporting
–In-depth knowledge in Financial Analysis
–Output driven and keen in meeting deadlines
–Minimum of 5 years dedicated experience in Accounting
–Experience in international trade is preferred
–Expertise in Excel
–Access to stable high speed internet access required
–Available to meet periodically via online calling at an agreed set time between 8 AM and 4 PM CST
Duties and Responsibilities:
–Input expenses from all accounts (monthly)
–Input income by category (monthly)
–Input payment applications against outstanding vendors’ invoices
–Monthly A/P and A/R reporting
–Monthly bank reconciliation
–Monthly credit card reconciliation
–Monthly Sales Analysis
–Generate quarterly financial statements: Cash Flow, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet
–Other reports as needed, potentially including unit economics analysis, expense reports, etc.
Deliverables are expected to be received monthly, upon which payment will be sent via bank transfer. Pay is $4-$6/hour, depending on experience. This position offers great flexibility and potential to grow with the company.
