Role Overview:
The Bookkeeper/Accountant will be instrumental in managing and overseeing the financial health of our diverse businesses. Working closely with the owner, you will ensure accurate financial record keeping across all operations, assist in financial planning, and play a key role in the strategic growth phases of our enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:
– Maintain and manage all ledgers, financial statements, and accounts including receivables, payables, and payroll.
– Work closely with management to strategize on financial optimization and budgeting across all business units.
– Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and stay updated on the latest financial legislation.
– Assist in financial forecasting and risk analysis for new projects and expansions.
– Provide regular reports and insights to support decision-making and business growth strategies.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accountant, or similar role.
– Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles and a knack for numbers.
– Excellent knowledge of accounting software and MS Office.
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent organizational and communication skills.
