**Company:**
We are a US-based Home Healthcare Company seeking a motivated Bookkeeper/Accountant with expertise in full-cycle accounting to join our team. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online.

**Qualifications:**
– Proficiency in full-cycle accounting and QuickBooks is essential.
– 2-3 years of virtual or online accountant/accounting staff experience.
– 7-10 years of accounting practice.
– A Master’s degree in accounting or relevant certifications in the Philippines (HIGHLY PREFERRED).
– Strong attention to detail.
– Excellent oral and written communication skills.
– Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
– Basic familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
– Proactive, independent, and tech-savvy.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Maintain accurate financial records.
2. Enter financial data into accounting software.
3. Reconcile bank statements.
4. Prepare financial statements.
5. Categorize and track expenses.
6. Process payroll accurately.
7. Prepare financial documents for tax purposes.
8. Assist in budget creation and monitoring.
9. Provide financial analysis and insights.
10. Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
11. Maintain organized financial records for audits.
12. Be proficient in accounting software and tools.
13. Collaborate with stakeholders to provide financial updates.
14. Identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
15. Offer financial advice to improve business finances.
16. Maintain strict confidentiality of financial information.
17. Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices.
