We are looking for a highly motivated and appropriately equipped individual who can take on various accounting/administrative tasks with great enthusiasm and exceptional adeptness. The successful Admin Assistant/bookkeeper candidate will be working closely with our team to help meet the team’s operational and financial requirements.

As Admin Assistant/bookkeeper, you must:

– Has at least 3 years of bookkeeping experience, and understands accounting terms. Candidates without bookkeeping/accounting experience will not be considered.

– Have knowledge of and experience using computerized accounting systems, Xero skills are preferable

– Be familiar with Australian accounting standards and a good understanding of the Australian GST rules.

– Have strong analytical skills and exceptional Excel skills

– Be comfortable with reconciliation and invoicing

– Have a keen attention to details

– Be honest, dependable, and highly trustworthy

– Logistic industry experience is a plus

– MUST have excellent English communication including reading, writing, and speaking

As Admin Assistant/bookkeeper, you will:
– Perform daily bookkeeping and reconciliation tasks
– Perform daily booking requirements using various booking systems
– Perform analytical work via excel as requested
– Other ad hoc admin tasks as required

Job Details:
– Fulltime
– Salary: Php30,000 – 35,000 depending on your experience
