WE ARE LOOKING FOR A BOOKKEEPER/ACCOUNTANT WHO IS AN EXPERT IN FULL-CYCLE ACCOUNTING
We are a car dealer and Auto part store, and we are looking for a highly motivated bookkeeper to join our team! You will record all the company’s accounting activities to the QuickBooks online version.
Our company is looking for an accounting expert with proven, highly relevant experience. An outstanding candidate will be someone who knows how to use Quickbooks Enterprise and is efficient in completing deliverables promptly. One of the topmost goals is to analyze numbers and pull reports by month-end. We need accounting expertise in payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, factoring, and analysis.
Qualification:
— Proficiency in FULL CYCLE accounting and QuickBooks are critical success factors.
— Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in a virtual or online accountant/accounting staff roles
— A practicing accounting for at least 7-10 years
— A Master’s degree in accounting or relevant certifications in the Philippines (HIGHLY PREFERRED)
— Extremely high attention to detail
— Outstanding oral and written communication skills
— Excellent time management skills and basic financial skills
— Self-starter, able to prioritize and multitask various accounts/projects.
— Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Word is required.
— Strong time management with attention to detail
— Basic familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
— Candidate must be proactive, independent, and tech-literate
MUST HAVE skills and experience:
— Maintain schedule reconciliations for ALL balance sheet accounts (fixed assets, prepaid expense, long-term debt, etc.)
— Record cash receipts and apply payments to customer invoices in QuickBooks
— Write the number 50 as the subject line.

— Conduct monthly cash and CC reconciliation
— Collaborate with and provide information to the external accountants and internal staff
— Record bi-monthly payroll obligations
— Great business communication skills – (English writing & speaking)
— EXTREMELY high attention to detail (spelling, grammar, following up) and organizational skills
— How long have you worked as a virtual accountant?
— Are you familiar with Quickbooks and Xero? How long have you used them?
— Are you comfortable using Hubstaff? (you will be required to use it)
