Real Property Management Service, is a locally owned business whose Residential Rental Property Management services are in the business of providing customers with Peace of mind.

We are all working together to build a culture to attract new customers interested in Growing rental property wealth.

Our clients are Owners of Rental Properties seeking full-service rental management services. If you have experience working with this type of client – or want that experience – this role will be a great fit.

Advise & consult savvy homeowners to build the foundation of a long-term relationship
Maintain and advice company and customer books
Have strong communication skills while being comfortable contacting clients by phone, email, in-person & over video conference

We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable to hit the following numbers each week:
Reply to emails within 4 hours
Answer 80% of phone calls
Making 1 improvement to a process
Have no tasks past due

Additional details
-Work hours are between 9 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard Time (Toronto, Ontario, Canada)
-Benefits include 13th-month pay, holidays off and two weeks of paid vacation a year.
-Schedules usually involve working on the first/last, 15th and 16th of a month and another day off would be given.
-Payments are available using Veem (direct deposit) and are made twice a month
