Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to manage bookkeeping tasks and office file management remotely. This position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere and the opportunity to play a vital role in our company’s success.
Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and generating financial reports.
Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) to maintain accurate financial records.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes as needed.
Organize and maintain digital and physical office files in a systematic and accessible manner.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding file management and record-keeping.
Collaborate with team members to support administrative tasks and contribute to the overall efficiency of the company.
Requirements:
Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in office file management or records keeping is a plus.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required).
Reliable high-speed internet connection to ensure seamless communication and workflow management in a remote work environment.
Proficient English written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders in a remote work environment.
Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Trello and Notion.

Job Type
Part-Time Remote: A dedicated salaried position requiring commitment, working and being present online at least 20 hours per week in a remote position. Room for further growth in the role and other responsibilities.
Shift:
Monday- Friday CST 10am to 4pm 6 Hours Per Day- 1 Hour Break*
Salary:
25,000 – 30,000 PHP per month plus possible bonuses TBD. Salary is done 2x a month.
