We are looking for an amazing part-time (~20 hours per week with end of month being a bit more) Bookkeeping/Admin Virtual Assistants with at least 2 years of experience working from home. Potential to become a full-time position
Primary needs:
1. QuickBooks Management and Expense Categorization
2. Payroll and Time Sheet Support
3. Excel and Google Sheet preparation
Hours:
Flexible Schedule with at least 2 days per week available from 8am CST to 12pm CST
Skills and Requirements:
—-Must have a high degree of Critical thinking!!!
—- High Technical Aptitude with online software
— Degree in accounting or other related fields
— At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably within a business-services environment
— Experience with accounting software QuickBooks— Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
— High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
— Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
— Proficiency in MS Office applications and Google Suite is required
— A positive working attitude and ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times
— Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
— Ability to keep all critical information private (confidentiality)
— Tech-Savvy
— Has a reliable working PC, a stable internet connection, and a noise-canceling headset
— Teamwork and collaboration skills
— Ability to maintain brand consistency and accuracy in any task
— Comfortable working with a time-tracking tools such as When I work.
Duties and Responsibilities: (Please Review All)
— Update QuickBooks transactions from deposits, expenses, fund transfers, credit card statements
— Categorize financial transactions
— Reconcile with bank statements or other records to ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately
— Running payroll for salaried and hourly staff
— Check employees’ timesheets, assign any payments that are due, calculate payroll, and maintain proper employee and employer records
— Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions and produce various financial reports
— Assist in downloading banking information into the accounting system, where it may then be used to record payments and receipts
— Prepare KPI reports for various team and staff with focus on automating reports
