Position: Bookkeeper (Certified in Xero)

Responsibilities:

Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
Manage inventory transactions and keep a close eye on stock levels to optimize inventory management.
Assist with cash flow management, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial efficiency.
Prepare trial balances, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets for our annual accounting requirements.
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure seamless financial reporting and compliance.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a bookkeeper with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
Certification in Xero is a must.
Prior experience working with Amazon FBA businesses is a plus.
Proficiency in financial analysis, with the ability to provide valuable insights to support business decisions.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team and external partners.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Employment Type:

Compensation:
