Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper / Excel / Admin. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, possess strong administrative skills, and have experience in bookkeeping. This role will involve various responsibilities including administrative tasks, stock management, reporting, and maintaining accurate records.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to various departments within the company.
Manage stock levels, including monitoring inventory, restocking, and forecasting.
Prepare and maintain reports on stock levels, sales, and financial data.
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets to create and maintain spreadsheets for various purposes, including product specifications and financial records.
Assist in organizing and maintaining company records and files.
Conduct bookkeeping tasks, such as recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and managing invoices.
Generate product specification spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Cross-check quality control processes to maintain product standards and compliance.

Requirements:

Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to create complex spreadsheets and perform data analysis.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience in bookkeeping.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
