HIRING: BOOKKEEPER
We are a fast-growing and exciting US-Based Financial Company paired with a Software Start-Up.
We are looking for multiple freelance Accountants, who have experience with US clients and knowledgeable with Quickbooks.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will manage the day-to-day bookkeeping operations of client accounts. you’ll make a positive impact by directly helping dozens of interesting small businesses gain clarity in their finances so that they can continue to grow and thrive. You’ll be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of business clients which requires review monthly books, perform year-end review, and communicate with clients in writing and in face-to face Zoom calls. The desire to solve client problems on a daily basis, and experience doing bookkeeping/accounting across multiple clients are a must.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Accounting Degree
Advanced knowledge of Financial Accounting
Preferably Quickbooks Proadvisor
With at least 2 years experience working with US clients
Basic knowledge of Personal and Business Taxation
Ability to research issues on IRS website as-needed
Fluency in English
Fast, stable internet connection (25-50Mbps minimum if dedicated , 50-100Mbps if sharing with other users)
Private, undisturbed work environment. You will be accessing confidential financial information and will be required to participate in client meetings.

Pay and Other Benefits:
Starting Salary of P50,000 monthly with room to grow

Accounting Skills
As a Senior Accountant, you are expected to be highly knowledgeable in accounting including bookkeeping, financial reporting, financial analysis, clean-up, auditing, and process improvement.
Technical Skills
You are comfortable working with technology. You know QBO and can train other bookkeepers in its use. You are able to quickly learn financial platforms as needed.
