Job Description:

As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and providing valuable insights for decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping.
• Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
• Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Monitor and manage petty cash transactions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in a digital media or creative industry.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to financial challenges.
• Experience in digital media or creative industries is a plus.
