Mission:

To be responsible for managing our day to day book-keeping and accounting needs & ensuring that quality reports are available to the business in order to make high-quality business decisions on day to day basis.

Job Description:

• Managing the day to day book-keeping for the business.
• Carrying out research related to our pricing and our pricing position in the market.
• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
• Work with our accountant (based in Hong Kong) to resolve any queries that may come up.
• Communicate with our bank as and when required – Via phone and email.
• Checking the expense spreadsheets kept by China office (in English) to ensure they are up to date,
accurate & don’t have any anomalies.
• Help with coordinating and completing annual audits.
• Making payments applications to suppliers via online banking
• Help us research, shortlist and select the best possible “Accounting Solution” for our business needs and ensure that we have fully migrated to the new software.
