We are in need of a bookkeeper to assist with our internal finances. We’ve grown to the level where there are a lot of details and moving parts to keep track of and we need someone with a keen eye and memory who is highly organized, efficient, and proactive.
This can be a part-time or full-time position depending on your availability, areas of interest, and expertise. We will need a minimum of 15-20 hours per week and availability during Eastern Standard time zone U.S. hours between 9am – 6pm weekdays.
We are looking for someone to own the following:

• Record financial transactions accurately and efficiently in our Quickbooks Online accounting platform.
• Collect data weekly from our time tracking tool and update our tracking spreadsheet.
• Track and manage reimbursements, discounts, referral fees, and team commissions.
• Collect and organize business receipts and match them to transactions in Quickbooks.
• Update our profit & loss budget, cash flow, and other financial spreadsheets with AR/AP actuals and overall revenue/expenses for accurate projections.
• Assistant with estimated taxes and set aside each month in our tax bucket account.
• Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and KPIs from Quickbooks, TMetric, or other sources for the CFO/CEO and other leadership team members.
• Maintain documentation of processes and SOPs related to assigned responsibilities.
• Support the operations team by adding a new hire’s information into our payment processing tools.
• Self-manage and execute on tasks while juggling various projects and routines, including: updating our project management tool with timelines, status updates, and requests for QA/reviews.
