Responsibilities
– Perform bookkeeping on cloud software
– Prepare monthly financial statements and month-end closings
– Prepare and file sales tax returns
– Work as a team on our clients’ files
– Participate in the integration of our clients towards a digital practice and the implementation of processes.
– Take on various challenges specific to a fast-growing firm
Conditions
– Our offer is from 45k – 65k PHP per month + 13th month pay. Compensation review will happen annually. You will be working as a self-employed contractor and responsible for your own retirement plan and health insurances.
– Working hours are from 8pm to 5am Philippine Time with one hour break from Monday to Friday. You will have 2 weeks vacation + Christmas week vacation + Philippine Holidays included.
– 100% work from home. You need to have a stable internet connection at home, and we will provide company equipment.
– You will work in a French speaking environment, although you are not expected to talk or understand the language. Google translate comes handy!
Aptitudes and Qualifications
– Recent experience with bookkeeping work for at least 1-2 years
– Experience using Quickbooks Online and Xero in bookkeeping
– Experience using Excel
– At ease with technology
– High autonomy
– Rigorous and attentive to details
– Quick learner
