Role Overview:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our finance team. This role is crucial for maintaining our financial records, including transactions, payments, and expenses. By joining Good Hotels, you’ll contribute to the financial health and operational efficiency of our growing brand. Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily financial transactions, including sales, receipts, purchases, and payroll, in compliance with our accounting policies.
Maintain accurate financial records and statements, ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded.
Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Assist in financial reporting by gathering and summarizing data.
Support budgeting and financial forecasting efforts.
Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial procedures and internal controls.

What We’re Looking For:

3-5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
Proficiency in financial software, such as QuickBooks, and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving attitude.
Effective communication skills and fluency in English.
A customer-focused approach with strong organizational and time-management skills.
A BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is a plus.
