Job Description

We are a company based in the Nevada and we are looking to hire a Bookkeeper to oversee financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. The Bookkeeper will perform daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries and reconciliation, and record payments and adjustments.

Responsibilities/Expectations:
– Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts, posting transactions, and ensures legal requirements compliance
– Enters financial transactions by using a chart of accounts and following bookkeeping policies and procedures
– Maintains company’s accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
– Balances company’s accounts by reconciling entries
– Maintains general ledger
– Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance and reconciling entries
– Maintains historical records by filing documents
– Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
– Enforces adherence to requirements
– Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
– Perform other admin or accounting tasks as required

Minimum Requirements:
– Minimum of 2-years experience in Bookkeeping/Accounting for US clients
– QBO Certified
– Minimum of 2 years experience using QBO
– Accounting Degree or its equivalent (highly preferred but not required)
– Advanced English (conversational and writing skills). including email, chat, and telephone skills
– Must Pass English assessments with flying colors
– Typing speed 40 wpm
– Experience with CRM tools
– Exceptional organization, project management and time management skills
– Practical experience with tools like Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn company-specific software
– Results-driven, a self-starter with excellent attention to detail
– Ability to dive in and completely own the position
– Strong Internet/web navigation skills
– Follows instructions clearly and accurately within a timely fashion
– Distraction-free workspace
– Working computer (preferably with a minimum of 8GB RAM, an i3 Intel Core Processor, or its equivalent) AND access to a backup computer
– Fast, stable internet (minimum dedicated 20mbps-download/upload) AND access to a backup internet connection
– Good headset (preferably with noise-canceling feature)
– Clear webcam

Availability to work full time (30-40 hours/week) during US business hours (REQUIRED)
