Our client is currently looking for a Full-Time Bookkeeper who has proven experience in finance, is detail-oriented, has speed and integrity. As a Bookkeeper you will be providing a variety of basic accounting and bookkeeping services in assistance of processing of financial information.
Rate: $6/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm CST (can be adjusted a few hours to whatever works best for the hire)

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities
– Accounts Payable processing including coding, entering bills, and generating payments
– Code and enter credit card activity and reconcile account
– Code and enter checks and deposits
– AP Aging maintenance
– Accounts Receivable processing including invoices, accepting and applying payments
– Generating Customer Deposits by entering customer credit card transactions
– AR Aging maintenance and collections
– Bank reconciliations
– Sales Tax reconciliations
– Make payroll journal entries
– Analyzes and tests accuracy and reasonableness of work completed and information presented
– Communicates with team lead for timely and cost effective completion of projects
– Achieves chargeable budgeted time goals
– Assists clients with set up or training on accounting software

Requirements
What you need:
– Just like any job, you need to have the right tools to perform well. That being said, we need you to meet the following requirements to ensure success in this role:
– 1 main computer with at least core i5 processor
– A backup computer with at least core i3 processor
– Internet service provider with at least 10 mbps speed with no capping / data limit
– At least 5 mbps backup internet service
– An internet hub/cafe nearby that operates during your working hours
