We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper who excels in managing financial records and ensuring compliance with Singapore accounting practices. This role is pivotal in maintaining the financial health and transparency of our digital marketing operations. If you have a knack for precision, a deep understanding of local regulations, and a drive to improve financial processes, we want you on our team.

Roles Objectives:

Accurate Financial Reporting:
– Ensure all financial records and transactions are accurately recorded and reported, adhering to Singapore accounting standards and tax regulations. Your attention to detail and thoroughness will be essential in maintaining financial integrity.
Efficient Financial Management:
– Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations. Your efficiency and organizational skills will help streamline these processes, contributing to the overall financial health of the company.
Compliance and Accuracy:
– Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and local tax laws, including GST and corporate tax filings. Your expertise will be critical in navigating and adhering to Singapore’s complex regulatory environment.
Process Improvement:
– Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements within the finance and operations functions. Your innovative approach will enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
Software Proficiency:
– Utilize accounting software (e.g., Xero) and tools effectively to manage financial data seamlessly. Your proficiency with these tools will ensure smooth integration with our existing systems and enhance financial reporting capabilities.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
– At least 3 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping with a focus on Singapore accounting practices.
– Experience in digital marketing or marketing agency is an advantage
– Familiarity with Singapore bookkeeping practices and Singapore taxation laws.
– Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, Xero, and other financial software systems.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
– Knowledge of relevant accounting software and tools.
