Bookkeeper (with MYOB experience)

Part-Time = 20 Hours Per Week
Offer is at Php 25,000 per month, Negotiable
Work Schedule: 5:30 am to 9:30 am Philippine Time, Monday to Friday (may subject to change)

About the Client:

Our client is based in Australia offers no-stress solution to managing commercial, retail and body corporate building maintenance, fit-outs and audits. They solve unsolvable building maintenance problems for property managers across Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role:
Weekly consolidated invoicing, prepare and process in MYOB.
Processing of journal entries as required
Processing of debtor remittances as required
Adjustments to debtors accounts as directed
Reconciliation of Accounts payable to statements and invoice reminders
Provide clerical and admin support to finance manager
Intercompany loan account reconciliations some will include foreign currency conversions (I can show them how to do this)
Processing of HP and funding payments according to schedules provided
Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards
Assisting with daily processing of project invoices when required
Weekly processing timesheets into spreadsheet provided
Assisting with asset recording by ensuring receipts and invoices are saved on our server.
Backup for payroll in the event finance manager is sick – to be added later down the track
Requires attention to detail, high level of accuracy and good communication skills with finance manager and team by email.

Requirements
Become part of a high-volume accounts team, working for Australia and New Zealand’s fastest growing property services and maintenance company.
Must have had a min of 2 years experience in accounts receivable, accounts payables and bookkeeping role.
Advanced proficiency in MYOB and Excel.
Has excellent interpersonal communications skills and demonstrated ability in managing competing priorities.
Has the drive and commitment in streamlining business process improvements.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with an analytical mind and high attention to detail.
Experience within the building or trades-based industries is advantageous but not mandatory.
Strive to foster professional working relationships with the team and business partners to deliver a premium service!
Previous experience in a bookkeeping role for an Australian-based business
Excellent understanding of Australian bookkeeping requirements such as BAS, superannuation and etc.
General understanding of Australian taxation requirements such as GST
Meticulous and detail-oriented
Highly analytic and logical
Process-driven
Highly organized
Excellent level of English communication and comprehension skills
Proactive and shows initiative
