We are actively seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with specific expertise in Zoho Books to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining our financial records, ensuring accuracy, and leveraging Zoho Books for efficient financial management. **Responsibilities:**

1. **Zoho Books Management:** Utilize Zoho Books for day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliation.

2. **Accounts Payable/Receivable:** Efficiently manage payables and receivables within Zoho Books, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

3. **Bank Reconciliation:** Conduct regular reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts in Zoho Books.

4. **Financial Reporting:** Generate customized financial reports using Zoho Books, providing insights for decision-making.

5. **Expense Tracking:** Monitor and categorize expenses accurately in Zoho Books.

6. **Tax Compliance:** Assist in preparing financial data for tax compliance and collaborate with tax professionals.

7. **Collaboration:** Work closely with other teams to gather financial information and provide Zoho Books support.

**Requirements:**

1. **Proven Experience:** Minimum of 6 months of bookkeeping experience with a strong emphasis on using Zoho Books.

2. **Zoho Books Proficiency:** Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing Zoho Books for accounting tasks.

3. **Education:** Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

4. **Organizational Skills:** Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.

5. **Attention to Detail:** Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.

6. **Analytical Skills:** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
