**Experience** Must have over 2 years experience with QuickBooks Online and fully understand all aspects of bookkeeping. DO NOT apply unless you have the minimum experience.
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is critical to our financial management process, focusing on maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions, tracking expenses, and ensuring the integrity of our financial data through QuickBooks Online.
### Responsibilities
– **Financial Record Keeping:** Accurately record all financial transactions in QuickBooks Online, ensuring that every expense and income is properly categorized.
– **Expense Tracking:** Vigilantly track all expenses and receipts, ensuring that every financial activity is documented and accounted for.
– **Receipt Management:** Keep a meticulous record of receipts, identifying and making a list of missing receipts to ensure comprehensive expense tracking.
– **Book Balancing:** Regularly balance the books to ensure accuracy in reporting and to facilitate financial health assessments.
– **Financial Reporting:** Generate financial reports as required, providing insights into the financial status of the business.
– **Collaboration:** Work closely with the team to ensure financial practices align with overall business objectives, adhering to financial policies and regulations.
### Requirements
– **Proficiency in QuickBooks Online:** Demonstrated expertise in QuickBooks Online is mandatory, with the ability to efficiently navigate and utilize all relevant features.
– **Experience in Bookkeeping:** Proven experience in bookkeeping, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
– **Attention to Detail:** Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all financial records and reports.
– **Communication Skills:** Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly report financial information and collaborate effectively with the team.
– **Time Management:** Ability to manage tasks effectively, meeting all deadlines and handling multiple financial activities with precision.
### Work Conditions
