Job Description:
Rig Fab seeks a skilled Bookkeeper to manage and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. This role is crucial for supporting our finance department and involves collaborating with various teams to provide financial insights and support.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks
• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions
• Prepare financial reports and statements
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support
• Handle payroll processing and related tasks
• Assist with tax preparation and filing

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
