Bookkeeping and Accounting Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Bookkeeping and Accounting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and accounting, as well as experience working with accounting software.
Responsibilities:
Perform daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks such as recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.
Assist with the preparation of financial statements and budgets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
Help ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
Communicate with external partners and vendors as needed.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English language
Strong background in bookkeeping and accounting.
Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Netsuite, or similar.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
Experience in bookkeeping or accounting is preferable.
