Our client is seeking a right-hand person to join his dynamic team. Specializing in accounting and tax services within Australia, we are on the lookout for the first virtual assistant to bring an extra layer of support and organization to his growing business.
As the Bookkeeping and Executive Assistant, you will be at the heart of the business operations, contributing to a diverse range of tasks that keep the business running smoothly. This role offers the perfect blend of bookkeeping responsibilities and exciting administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping:
Utilize your bookkeeping experience to manage financial transactions accurately.
Download daily data from the Australian Tax Office and handle data entry tasks.
Administrative Tasks:
Arrange and organize meetings, ensuring schedules are efficient and well-coordinated.
Engage with the team and provide vital administrative support.
CRM Management:
Take charge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), maintaining client records and ensuring accurate data.
Email Management:
Efficiently manage email correspondence, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
Handle marketing emails through Mailchimp (Template ready; Mailchimp experience not mandatory).
Zero Tool Experience:
Advantageous, but not required. If you’re familiar, you’ll have the opportunity to leverage your Zero tool expertise.
Social Media and Website Posting:
Keep the business’s online presence updated by posting on social media and updating blogs on the website.
Client Interaction:
Manage clients’ needs, upload bills, add data, and prepare spreadsheets.
Support in various client-related tasks, fostering strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
Bookkeeping experience with a keen eye for detail.
Enjoyment of dynamic work and ability to handle varied responsibilities.
Proficiency in administrative tasks and excellent organizational skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and email management.
Knowledge of Zero tool is advantageous but not mandatory.
Ability to manage social media and website posting.
Enthusiastic about client interaction and support.

BENEFITS:
-We are looking for long-term VAs, so aside from the base rate, there will be a pay rise of Php1,000.00 quarterly.
-A day shift job in a work-from-home setting.
-Works Monday to Friday, 8 hrs. a day including lunch break.
